Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Content Manager to join our organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of high-quality content across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective content strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand content requirements and advise on strategy.
  • Oversee the creation, editing, and delivery of content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and relevance.
  • Identify gaps in content governance processes or competencies and take necessary action to close gaps and improve quality.
  • Contribute to content governance frameworks that define content creation, approval, and hygiene processes.
  • Participate in website experience strategy and input into digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in content management, creation, and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility, search engine optimization, and writing practices.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent collaboration and engagement skills with team members, stakeholders, channels, projects, and management.
  • Mindset of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Leadership and coaching skills.
  • Experience working with Adobe Analytics is a plus.
