As a Guest Experience Attendant, you will be the face of our cinemas, ensuring every guest has a seamless and memorable visit. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests with a warm welcome, assisting with ticketing, food and beverage choices, and seating. You will also play an essential role in creating an inviting atmosphere by keeping our cinemas spotless and maintaining high standards.

Our ideal candidate is a friendly and approachable individual who thrives in a team environment. While previous customer service experience is helpful, what matters most is your genuine commitment to guest service and creating memorable moments. You should have a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and pride in maintaining high standards.
