We are seeking a skilled and compassionate leader to join our team at The Landings. This role involves designing and delivering tailored lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents.

As the Supported Lifestyle Lead, you will be responsible for leading a small team of coordinators, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and creating engaging, inclusive, and diverse programs of activities, events, and social opportunities.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing supported lifestyle programs, as well as a strong understanding of the importance of person-centred care. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.

In this role, you will work closely with our management team to ensure the seamless delivery of our supported lifestyle programs, while also contributing to the development of new initiatives and ideas. You will be responsible for monitoring program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to enhance the quality of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver bespoke supported lifestyle programs for residents

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Support Care
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
