**About the Role**

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a major project, working with our dynamic team within the mobile Concrete division.

As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient batching and loading of concrete, active participation in the day-to-day site operations, and proficient operation of both plant and mobile equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs with dedicated programs and systems.
  • Safe operation of front-end loader to weigh up materials for batching.
  • Managing day to day administration including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecasts.
  • Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting.
  • General yard housekeeping and maintenance.

**What We're Looking For:**

- Experience with concrete batching through the CommandBatch system.

- Front End Loader Ticket and White Card are an advantage.

- Sound computer skills working with multiple systems and safety reporting.

- Flexibility and willingness to cover several responsibilities across the plant as required.
