Plant Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and versatile professional to join our team as a Plant Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials between worksites, supporting the team with hands-on tasks, and ensuring quality control.

The successful applicant will have experience in operating a range of machinery, including skid steer, front-end loader, rollers, and water cart. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to contribute to road construction projects.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role in civil engineering is essential.
  • Demonstrate an ability to contribute analytical and problem-solving skills in matters relating to road construction.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member, exercising initiative and judgement whilst working with minimal supervision.
  • Current MR class driver's licence is required.
  • White Card certification is necessary.
  • Current National Police Clearance (less than three months old) is mandatory.
