Commercial Property Manager Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a confident and capable Commercial Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio.

  • Manage a diverse range of commercial properties with varying lease structures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors and bodies corporate.
  • Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, terminations and make-good processes ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and promptly address maintenance issues to maintain high standards.
  • Develop and manage property budgets and outgoings in line with established financial procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the accounts team to deliver accurate reporting and financials.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deliver exceptional service experience.

What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management.
  • Strong financial acumen and confidence in managing budgets and reporting.
  • Clear, professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Experience with Re-Leased software or similar is advantageous.
  • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required.
