Research Project Manager

The advancement of care standards for women experiencing gynaecological cancer through innovative research is a key focus area for our organisation. We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Clinical Trial Manager to join our dynamic research team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and prepare research project documents, including ethics and governance submissions, study protocols, standard operating procedures, and case report forms.
- Monitor study progress and provide reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with national and international study sites, collaborators, and key stakeholders to ensure adherence to protocols and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, ethics committee approvals, and Good Clinical Practice guidelines in each country.
- Tertiary qualifications in Science or a related health field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a clinical trial supervisor, preferably in a cancer care setting.
- Strong knowledge and skills in clinical trial management, including compliance with ICH Good Clinical Practice Guidelines.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with experience drafting and editing research protocols and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare human research ethics and governance submissions for clinical trials.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex projects across national and international sites, maintain confidentiality, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
- You will be working with a diverse team of researchers and healthcare professionals who share your passion for advancing care standards.
