Exciting Opportunity in Workplace Design

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Interior Designer in corporate or workplace projects, with expertise in managing design projects from concept to construction.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Space planning and interior design services, producing designs and plans in Revit format as required to meet sales deadlines
  • Presenting, promoting, and gaining internal and external commitment to the design component of our services package
  • Building client relationships to enhance prospects of winning current and future projects
  • Organising external services as required for projects - engineers, councils & suppliers
  • Supporting Design Managers in developing new design initiatives
  • Regular and effective communication with clients
  • Assisting in sales presentations
  • Understanding all aspects of a design and construct project, including teams and construction delivery methods

Key Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in interior design or architecture
  • Proficient in Revit
  • BCA and Australian Standards knowledge and proven experience
  • Excellent communication and pitch presentation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • The ability and attitude to work with a broad range of local, government, and globally based clients
