About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our Tweed Heads team and drive sales growth in our retail, trade, and design channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inspirational leadership and coaching to the team to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive incremental sales improvements across all sales channels
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our retail and trade customers through expert product knowledge and advice
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts to drive business growth
  • Ensure all customers receive unparalleled service and product knowledge
  • Merchandise products to create visually appealing displays and drive sales
  • Maintain high health and safety standards in the store
Requirements
  • Previous management experience in a retail or service environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop the team
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to the role with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • A current driver's license
