About This Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Home Lending Portfolio Manager to lead our team in managing the Home Lending product portfolio.

This role involves overseeing the financial performance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction of our Home Lending product portfolio.

You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to align product offerings with business objectives and market expectations.

  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive sustainable growth in the short and medium term.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product and end-to-end fulfilment strategies.
  • Ensure our Home Lending products meet regulatory requirements and drive corrective actions when necessary.
  • Conduct portfolio and market analysis to develop optimal product strategies that support return on equity targets.
  • Lead and develop the capability of your team through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
