Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

This is a critical role that plays a vital part in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of educational institutions.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent organizational and time management skills as well as effective communication skills to collaborate with others.
The primary responsibilities of this role include performing routine maintenance and upkeep tasks such as setting up and removing furniture and equipment for school events. You will also identify and report any maintenance and safety issues, receive, store and distribute supplies, and monitor equipment and report faults.
Some of your key duties may include:
- Maintaining cleanliness and performing maintenance tasks
- Assisting with setup and removal of furniture and equipment for school events
- Identifying and reporting maintenance and safety concerns
- Receiving, storing and distributing supplies
- Monitoring equipment and reporting malfunctions
