Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to help us unlock new efficiencies through intelligent automation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct process analysis of common tasks in key operational areas to identify potential RPA solutions
  • Design and implement RPA solutions aligned with our organization's strategy
  • Ensure consistent use of agreed RPA tools across the organization, leveraging documented standards and effective change reviews
  • Collaborate with Cyber Security and Risk Management to ensure RPA processes enhance our risk and security posture
  • Represent RPA projects at strategic meetings, clearly articulating benefits and risks
  • Ensure RPA processes do not retain or treat Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive data contrary to our policies
  • Educate business units on automation and RPA tooling
  • Continuously learn new RPA tools, methods, and best practices
  • Monitor end-user applications and proactively identify potential issues
  • Demonstrate a drive to reduce inconsistencies, risk, and errors in automation processes
