We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Maryborough. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing holistic solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers through meaningful conversations and identify their financial needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes for every customer.
  • Proactively call customers to build rapport and invite them into the branch for a Financial Health Check or an appointment with a specialist.
  • Engage with customers by participating in community events and fundraising activities.
  • Use tools to capture customer feedback and take action to correct any service breaks and drive improvement.
Requirements
  • Ability to ask the right questions and find the right solutions to act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything you do.
  • Passion for service excellence and ability to work in a busy, commercial and driven retail environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the Bank's offerings and refer customers to other specialist team members as needed.
  • Genuine passion for the customer and for doing the right thing to ensure we're putting our customer's needs first.
