This role involves providing administrative support to clients and stakeholders. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing client engagement, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and assisting in the development of marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement:
- Manage client onboarding process, ensuring accurate completion of necessary documentation in compliance with NDIS requirements and company policies.
- Provide ongoing support to clients during the initial stages of engagement.
- Maintain Care Management System, tidy, and fully compliant.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, guardians, support coordinators, and healthcare teams.
- Marketing Support:
- Collaborate in the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Audit Compliance:
- Ensure business records are up-to-date and supporting compliance reporting & NDIS audits.
- Excellent understanding of the NDIS.
- Good writing skills.
- Quick to take initiative.
- Ability to learn new systems.
- Strong people skills.
This is a part-time role with potential for full-time opportunities and flexibility in scheduling.
