Job Description

This role involves working as a specialist in implant solutions, providing high-level expertise on surgical solutions for implants, biomaterials, and instrument kits.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow new and existing partnerships with external customers to support their clinical experience and business growth.
  • Build and enhance our brand identity and trust by delivering superior service and solutions.
  • Work closely with the wider sales team to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for our implant portfolio.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • Experience working in a specialist field sales role within dental or medical devices.
  • Science and/or Business qualifications, or equivalent practical experience working out in the field.
  • A passion for the healthcare industry and strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills and an ability to connect with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A highly motivated individual who can work without direct supervision.
