**Client Assistant Wanted**

A brief overview of our client: Khadija Gbla is a highly respected African Australian woman. She is an award-winning human rights activist, model, inspirational speaker, facilitator and philanthropist. Her mission is to give women, youth and minority groups a voice at local, state and international levels. Khadija utilises her powerful voice to advocate for structural change and equality for all people.

We are looking for individuals who can assist diverse disability clients with activities of daily living. The role involves providing support services such as Domestic Assistance, Social Support, and Personal Care at their home and in the community. Clients may require assistance with personal care, domestic tasks or social interaction.

The ideal candidate will have skills/ interests in:

  • Website design
  • Social media management
  • Marketing
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Education and training
  • Creative writing
  • Grooming services (hairdressing, makeup)
  • Crafting and sewing

Successful applicants will be required to meet with the client prior to commencement. This casual position offers flexibility in scheduling, with shifts available afternoons, evenings, mornings and weekends.

**Job Benefits:**

  • Fair hourly rate ($30.61 per hour)
