We're seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join our dynamic Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture project. Reporting directly to the Safety Manager, you'll work closely with our team to identify and mitigate potential hazards, implement robust safety protocols, and promote a culture of safety excellence.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations;
  • Developing and implementing effective safety procedures and training programs;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination;
  • Providing expert guidance and support to our team members and subcontractors;
  • Monitoring and reporting on safety performance metrics and making recommendations for improvement;

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • A degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field;
  • Proven experience in a safety-related role, preferably in the construction industry;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • High-level technical expertise, including knowledge of WHS legislation and regulations;
