About Our Team

We are seeking a compassionate and customer-centric animal lover to lead our Client Care team.

This position will be based in our South Windsor site, with regular travel to the Illawarra site required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule bookings with the public and vet clinics
  • Assist clients who bring pets to our premises
  • Mentor direct reports, providing feedback and conducting regular one-on-one catch-ups and performance reviews
  • Manage escalated customer enquiries and resolve in a timely manner
  • Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team and monitor progress
  • Prioritize and coordinate resources across competing requirements
  • Manage rosters and associated costs
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Possess a passion for animals and understand the importance of pet aftercare
  • Hold significant experience in a similar leadership role
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a minimum of two years experience in a customer service management role
