Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Team Leader to support our swimming instructors, create a positive team environment, and assist with scheduling, enrolments, and day-to-day swim school operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example on customer service and teamwork, while also learning how to deliver safe and high-quality swim lessons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting a team of swimming instructors
  • Creating a positive and inclusive team environment
  • Helping with scheduling, enrolments, and day-to-day swim school operations

Requirements:
  • A background in retail, hospitality, childcare, or customer service
  • Strong communication and people leadership skills
  • Organisational smarts and attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for kids and the community
  • A willingness to get qualified in swim instruction and first aid
