Are you a seasoned retail professional with a passion for footwear? Do you have experience leading high-performing teams and driving sales through excellent customer service?

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our footwear team at one of our premium concession stores. This leadership role involves motivating a talented team, sharing deep product knowledge, and building strong connections with customers and the in-store team.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Create a customer-centric culture through active coaching and mentorship
  • Maintain a safe and supportive workplace with operational excellence as a top priority
  • Manage product handling, loss prevention, visual merchandising, and stock control
  • Recruit, train, and grow the team's skills and capabilities
  • Collaborate with partners on sales-driving, marketing, and visual merchandising opportunities
  • Champion our brands through in-depth knowledge of our footwear offering

About You:

  • Proven experience in retail leadership
  • A passion for fashion and creating memorable service moments
  • Skilled in providing tailored product recommendations with confidence
  • Comfortable with visual merchandising and lifting up to 10kg unassisted
  • A natural leader with experience coaching, mentoring, and motivating others to achieve KPIs
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
