Retail Leader

We are seeking a results-driven Retail Leader to spearhead our team at a prominent footwear store in Western Australia.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment, with a proven track record in driving sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). They will also possess excellent operational skills, including stock control and visual merchandising, as well as the ability to think strategically and identify missed opportunities.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with your Area Manager to identify areas of opportunity for your store and team. You will also have the opportunity to develop your career through our leadership development program, which includes training workshops, global conferences, and awards nights.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive sales and KPIs, customer engagement, and team member coaching and development
- Motivate team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets
- Closely monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets
- Effectively manage wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards
- Coach and mentor team to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development
