Job Title: Behaviour Support Manager

This is a key leadership position working for a progressive business.

About The Organisation:

The organisation is a specialist behaviour support and therapy service provider. They deliver high-quality, holistic supports to clients of all ages with various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.

About The Role:

You will manage a team of clinicians to ensure services meet practice standards and legislative requirements. You will establish a framework for the team to promote customer independence and participate in strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate behaviour support plans developed by the team.
  • Lead and supervise the team to ensure staff growth, development, and a high-quality service.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA).
  • Full registration with the relevant membership body.
  • Registration with NDIS as a PBS Practitioner.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing positive behaviour support frameworks and managing allied health teams.
