About the Role

As a Sales Consultant at Splend, you will be the face of our vehicle subscription services in retail hubs. Your role is critical in driving customer growth by combining deep product knowledge, customer-centric communication, and consultative selling to match customers with the right solution.

You will play a vital part in helping rideshare drivers succeed while contributing to our mission of making vehicle ownership more accessible and flexible.

Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date with all vehicle subscription packages and related products.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that best fit their requirements.
  • Guide customers through the decision-making process from initial inquiry to final sale.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of vehicle displays, marketing collateral, and digital tools.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team leader to help refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges and opportunities.
What You'll Bring

We're looking for individuals with strong sales principles and customer service practices. You should be able to communicate effectively and persuasively with customers, as well as manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A high school diploma is required, with a degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, sales, or customer service, is essential.

  • A passion for the automotive industry and vehicle technology (desirable).
  • A full unrestricted Australian Driver's License (must have).
  • Comfortable commuting to our South Melbourne hub daily.
  • Able to work weekends as required.
