About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to assist the Site Manager in the safe, coordinated, and successful delivery of project site works.

The successful candidate will ensure all works are executed in accordance with The ADCO Way, reviewing and understanding project documents and plans, ensuring subcontractor management plans comply with project requirements, and facilitating site set up and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role with large building project experience, ideally completed 3-4 projects with the new build commercial sector up to $200m, and a trade background and/or relevant qualification.

They will also have demonstrated IR experience and the ability to drive a strong HSE and QA culture onsite and in-line with The ADCO Way.
