We are seeking a skilled Senior Proposal Developer to play a pivotal role in crafting winning proposals that drive business growth. This individual will be responsible for meticulously examining Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and identifying key areas requiring clarification from clients.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge in costing of static process equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, process skids, and storage tanks. They should be familiar with prominent design codes such as ASME Sec VIII Div I & Div II, API 650, API 620, UL-58, UL-42, B16.5, and B31.3, as well as OGRA and NFPA rules for LPG and fuels.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will have proficiency in software applications such as Codeware Compress, PV Elite, AMETank, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools, along with expert-level skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office packages.

Main responsibilities include communicating effectively with clients to ensure bids meet client requirements, preparing detailed layouts and cutting plans, and developing cost estimates, technical, and commercial proposals according to RFQ specifications.
