- Encourage Independence: Help residents maintain their independence by assisting with daily tasks and promoting their physical and mental well-being.
- Monitor Health and Well-being: Keep track of residents' health and well-being, providing medication and treatments as required under the guidance of a registered nurse.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with residents, their families, and our team, providing a sense of belonging and community.
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or studying towards a nursing qualification.
