Project Director

About the Role

This is an Expression of Interest for a Project Director at UGL, a leading provider of infrastructure management services.

The Project Director will be responsible for managing and controlling all project management baselines for assigned projects, through all phases of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Detailed review of project scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements as defined in the project.
• Participation in bid and tender efforts to ensure capabilities and requirements are communicated and represented within the tender.
• Monitoring and controlling project financial baselines, investigating any variations to plan, and forecasting project revenue, costs, and cash flows.
• Continual monitoring and review of key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing changes and adjustments as required.
• Preparation of project reporting documentation on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis, and presentation of project performance metrics and outcomes as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Tertiary qualification in engineering and/or project management qualification.
• Experience in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling software.
• A minimum of 10 years' demonstrable experience in project management in a multi-disciplined production, manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering environment.
• Excellent leadership skills, including project management skills, communication skills at all levels, horizontal and vertical negotiating skills, and networking skills.
