Position Overview

As a Team Leader within the Open Spaces team, you will be the driving force behind our open space maintenance efforts.

  • Your strategic leadership will ensure that our dedicated team delivers high-quality maintenance services across the area, all while adhering to safety standards and best practices.
Desirable Candidate Profile

We are seeking an enthusiastic leader who is ready to take on the challenge of managing a team in our open spaces.

  • Certificate 3 in Horticulture (or equivalent), White Card, AQF3 / Chemcert (or equivalent), and a MR driver's licence (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of commencement)
  • Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, safety regulations, and customer service
