Key Responsibilities

As a member of our service design team, you'll play a key role in delivering and operating digital platforms and systems that improve government service delivery for the Australian community.

You may work on various projects and tasks, including:

  • Developing accessible solutions using evidence-based approaches
  • Applying user-centred and UX methodology to deliver enterprise outcomes and improvements
  • Conducting user research to design simple, effective, and accessible services
  • Helping develop design assets such as user flows, prototypes, and wireframes
  • Contributing to the development and enhancement of digital products
  • Providing advice on digital accessibility
