Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team for the festive season. As a representative of our iconic brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to achieving sales targets.

You will handle transactions for all types of sales according to company policy and maintain a clean and organized store environment. You will also ensure products are displayed in accordance with company guidelines and assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management.

In addition, you will stay up-to-date with new products, promotions, and participate in regular training. You will provide excellent customer service and follow up on warranty and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Team: Contribute to achieving sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team.
  • Sales Transactions: Handle transactions for all types of sales according to company policy.
  • Store Environment: Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Product Display: Ensure products are displayed in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Stock Management: Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management.
  • Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with new products, promotions, and participate in regular training.
Requirements
  • Prior Retail Experience: Previous retail experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Flexible Working Hours: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior knowledge of watches or experience in the industry is desirable but not essential.
