Opportunity for a Compassionate Mental Health Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Registered Nurse to join our Community Mental Health team in South Australia. The team provides acute care and crisis services to mental health clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, risk assessments, and safety planning for clients.
  • Develop and implement collaborative care plans with clients and their families.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist mental health interventions.
  • Engage in triage emergency crisis team or work with a case load.

Requirements:
