We are seeking a highly skilled GCP Infrastructure Lead - Cloud Architect to join our global Infrastructure and Delivery Unit at Endava. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in building Cloud Landing Zones and driving multi-cloud enterprise transformations for our esteemed clients in APAC.

This is a market-first opportunity to help grow our infrastructure capability in Australia by acting as a subject matter expert on Google Cloud tooling, cloud architecture and design, governance, security, operations, and cost control best practices. Your proficiency and contributions will be instrumental in driving the ongoing growth of our infrastructure capability and establishing Endava as the leading GCP partner in APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to design and build cloud-based infrastructures and landing zones
  • Assist with the creation of Infrastructure architectures and technical documentation
  • Design and implement:
  • Secure cloud foundational cloud implementations
  • Automated provisioning of infrastructure and applications
  • Cloud-ready applications architecture
  • Deliver end-to-end cloud-based infrastructure management solutions
  • Present Infrastructure modernization strategy to C-level executives
  • Improvements to monitoring, logging and observability in Client environments
  • Defining and implementing cloud infrastructure governance and building deployment standards
  • Working cross-functionally with our delivery management team
Requirements
  • Advanced experience with Terraform and IaC development
  • Experience with virtualization: servers, storage, networks
  • Google Cloud Platform certification, along with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience using its suite of tools, is required.
  • Experience with infrastructure-based processes such as:
  • Monitoring
  • Capacity planning
  • Performance tuning
  • Disaster Recovery
  • Data centre exit
  • Experience with Google's Cloud Foundation Toolkit and Landing Zone implementations
