Trainee Educator Role

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Educator. This role offers the opportunity to work with children, develop your skills and knowledge, and progress towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children, working collaboratively with colleagues, and contributing to the development of the education program. You will also have the opportunity to study towards your qualification, supported by our experienced team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and programs that promote children's learning and development
  • Built strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of the education program and centre operations

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • The willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
