Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

The Project Coordinator is a key role in the Observational Longitudinal Birth Cohort, responsible for managing stakeholder engagement and day-to-day operations.

This position involves coordinating internal and external communication, managing team members, marketing efforts, financial management, biobank data management, and participant recruitment.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree and postgraduate studies in science related discipline, preferably biomedicine or epidemiology/public health
  2. Experience in database management and data analysis
  3. Strong program management and planning skills, with experience in people management, research finance, marketing, problem-solving, decision-making, and research
  4. Technical knowledge of human biospecimen collection and governance, with experience in observational cohort studies
  5. Knowledge of data security measures and compliance with healthcare regulations to ensure patient data confidentiality and integrity
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with strong interpersonal skills
  7. Demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire knowledge and technical expertise related to the research specialty
  8. High level written and verbal communication skills, with excellent time management and project management skills
  9. Strong digital literacy skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and program management tools
