Business Services Support Role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our Business Services Team as a Business Services Support.



About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced administrative professional to provide high-quality support to our customers and internal stakeholders.




  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, both internally and externally.
  • Manage meeting bookings, catering requests, and consumables inventory to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Support the Corporate Facilities & Workplace Supervisor with facilities management, including maintenance requests and vendor management.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including printing, binding, and mail-outs.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Autonomy and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to tasks and projects.
