Cosmetic Clinic Customer Service Representative

Luxury Cosmetic Clinics require exceptional customer service professionals to create memorable client experiences. As the face of the clinic, you will warmly greet clients and professionally manage appointments.
Key Responsibilities- Client Reception: Greet clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Appointment Management: Handle bookings, confirmations, and adjustments via phone, email, and in person.
- Consultation Support: Answer inquiries regarding treatment options, procedures, pricing, and clinic policies with patience and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with medical professionals to coordinate treatment flows.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage client records, billing, filing, and maintain a clean front desk area.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clearly communicate in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- Fluent English Required; Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- High Emotional Intelligence & Empathy: Understand and respond to clients' emotional needs.
- Impeccable Professional Image: Present a polished and professional appearance and manner.
- Strong Organizational & Detail Orientation: Multitask with precision and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
- Passion for Aesthetics: A genuine interest in aesthetics and a desire to provide outstanding service.
- At least 1 year of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in appointment management systems and standard office software.
- Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
