About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Acumen Health. As a key member of our rehabilitation service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement holistic rehabilitation plans to support clients in their recovery journey
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals and ensure effective client outcomes
  • Conduct clinical assessments and provide expert advice to inform rehabilitation strategies
  • Work closely with clients to tailor career pathways and support their return to work or transition to new roles

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body
