About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant at Acumen Health, you will utilize your clinical expertise to support individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work.

You will apply your clinical skills in a holistic care approach, managing the rehabilitation journey from initial assessment to successful return to work.

Working closely with clients, you will develop, implement, and monitor personalized rehabilitation plans to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify rehabilitation needs
  • Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful return to work
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and self-management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills and ability to apply evidence-based practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
