Occupational Therapy Career Development Position

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in a challenging and rewarding AHA role, where they can focus on immersive, hands-on learning under the supervision of experienced therapists.
The ideal candidate will be optimistic and advocate passionately for people with disabilities and young families, possessing sound problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
They will manage their own time and client load using our user-friendly management systems, access ongoing supervision, and observe senior clinicians in our state-of-the-art sensory-motor gym while also visiting clients in the community.
Work alongside management to build your case load and schedule based on your personal and professional goals, and benefit from access to excellent resources and a range of assessments and fully funded PD opportunities.
About YouAs the role directly impacts the quality of life experienced by many, it is essential that the successful candidate is diligent and able to manage consistently challenging work to a high standard.
Previous placement experience in paediatrics, disability, and neurological rehabilitation are advantageous, as well as lived experience working or caring for children, disability, neurodiversity or adversity.
