The Role
- Manage and coordinate transport operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Process and provide quotes for transportation services to clients.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
- Receive and action customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and send invoicing and documentation to clients.
About You
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a transport or logistics environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage client relationships and resolve logistical issues.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to deliver daily results.
- Experience with transport bookings and coordination with approved carriers.
- Understanding of operations processes in a distribution company.
- Proficient in using Office 365 and other relevant software.
