New Horizons Enterprises Limited is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Chatswood headspace.

This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership, mentoring, and coaching to staff.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality service provision to young people.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or other allied health disciplines.
  • Eligibility for membership of an appropriate professional body.
  • Eligibility to register with Medicare Australia as an MBS Primary Care provider or an Allied Mental Health Professional provider.
