Digital Content Manager

We are seeking a Digital Content Manager to help us create engaging content and implement our content strategy across various channels.
The role involves developing and executing a comprehensive content plan, creating high-quality content that resonates with our audience, and monitoring engagement metrics to optimize performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content publication
- Creating engaging visual content using Canva and Adobe Suite
- Writing compelling captions and descriptions for social media posts
- Monitoring and analyzing engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute cross-functional campaigns
This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing or content creation, fluency in social media platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Monday.com.
Regular travel within Australia and New Zealand is required, as well as occasional weekend work during new store openings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all content meets brand standards and aligns with our marketing objectives.
