Job Title: Senior WHS Business Partner and SMS Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a safety culture framework for the Central Region.
  • Provide coaching on WHS risks and controls using a unified risk register.
  • Foster a positive safety mindset across the organisation.
  • Improve WHS policies and systems to ensure compliance with legislation and ISO standards.
  • Lead incident investigations, maintain risk registers, and conduct risk assessments.
Main Skills:
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Skilled in stakeholder consultation and safety investigations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

To be successful in this role, you will possess at least 5 years of experience in senior WHS roles, highly regarded experience in SMS development, ICAM qualifications for incident investigation, tertiary qualifications in Health and Safety, and accreditation with industry bodies.
