The Team Leader Landscape Services will support the Parks and Streetscape Operations section in delivering day-labour services for the maintenance and improvement of Council's streetscape areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing staff and overseeing daily operations
  • Leading and inspiring the team to meet performance targets
  • Coaching and developing staff, resolving issues, and modelling service excellence
  • Collaborating with the Parks and Streetscape Operations Manager and Coordinator Streetscape Landscape Maintenance

The role requires relevant horticultural qualifications or equivalent industry experience, strong interpersonal communication skills, and ability to work without close supervision.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing a team, procurement, and staff management, as well as knowledge of field devices for managing daily team work plans.
