Developing effective communication strategies is key to achieving business objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement comprehensive strategic plans to support organisational objectives
  • Manage external and internal channels, including digital platforms, websites, and press releases
  • Create messaging and materials to clearly communicate services, initiatives, and policies to stakeholders and the public
  • Respond to media inquiries and provide accurate information to journalists and other outlets
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to develop crisis management plans as needed
  • Organise events, such as conferences and community activities, to promote the organisation and its initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as communications or public relations
  • At least 5 years of experience in communications or public relations
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience developing clear messaging for diverse audiences
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Knowledge of best practices, including digital tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
