Assistant Retail Manager Job Description

Our ideal candidate will lead our retail operations team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Availability for full-time hours on a flexible rotating roster from Monday to Sunday.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments such as retail, production, warehousing, hospitality, or customer-focused industries.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills to empower and inspire your team.
