Civil Construction Project Leader Wanted

  • Oversee planning, execution, and completion of civil construction projects.
  • Develop project programs, administer budgets, and manage contracts.
  • Deliver projects according to specifications, approved plans, and client expectations.
  • Identify and address risks to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
  • Lead by example in regard to safety, ensuring the well-being of people on site and compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
  • Procure materials and assist Site Supervisors with labor and equipment organization.
  • Review and approve invoices and claims from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, internal meetings, and assist with pre-starts and toolbox talks as needed.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal teams, clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and 3+ years of experience delivering multiple civil construction projects. They should possess excellent project management skills, including the ability to create detailed project plans, manage finances, and produce reports.
