Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our civil construction projects from planning to completion.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, manage budgets, and create reports to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to team members, ensuring compliance with specifications, approved plans, and client expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project success.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant safety requirements and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in delivering multiple civil construction projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, manage budgets, and create reports.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams to deliver projects to required standards.
