Key Skills and Qualifications

We seek proactive leaders who can motivate their team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced QSR, Retail or hospitality environment. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Workforce planning from recruitment to preparing rosters and achieving labour budgets
  • Able to work autonomously and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently with deadlines
  • Ability to build strong rapport with team members and drive return sales through charismatic leadership
  • Understanding of quality assurance and Food Safety Standards
