Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will work closely with clients with disabilities, providing support and assistance in their homes or other settings.

Your role will involve providing care and support to clients, helping them with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care and support for our clients.

  • Certificate III/IV in Disability or equivalent: A strong foundation in disability support is essential for this role. If you have experience working with individuals with disabilities, we encourage you to apply.
  • Mental Health Experience: Our ideal candidate will have experience working with mental health issues and be able to provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients.
  • Previous experience in aged care and disability fields: We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.
